Microwave Readout Module with a TWPA Available Now
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Microwave Readout Module with a built-in traveling wave parametric amplifier (TWPA).
This product performs the near-quantum-limited amplification of signals at millikelvin temperatures with minimal added noise. It offers a wide band of frequencies, supporting multiplexed qubit readout.
The preassembled module includes a TWPA and all the necessary connected microwave components for qubit readouts. The solution can also be used for superconducting sensor and detector readouts. Our customers can now get a complete readout line setup in one package, eliminating the need for separate subcomponents.
High-Performing, Reliable Solution
Our Microwave Readout Module is a complete solution, with the entire module optimized for high signal-to-noise ratio. It includes a high-performance, ready-to-go TWPA, low-noise HEMT amplifiers, attenuated pump and readout lines, filtered DC lines, highly efficient magnetic shielding, and integrated filtering and isolation components.
The TWPA uses a 3-wave mixing process, which provides uninterrupted and flat gain with the parametric pump tone located far away in frequency from the signal band. The product is tested for consistent and stable performance, with the technology and design of the TWPA chip making it less prone to aging.
The module is easily installed into Bluefors Dilution Refrigerator Measurement Systems with minimum setup time, and is available for both XLDsl and LD systems. The module comes pre-tuned for your measurements, pre-assembled and tested in the dilution refrigerator measurement system. Installation into existing systems is also straightforward. Expert technical support is available from installation to use.
